Films: Monster in the Closet (1986)

Alias: None

Type: Unknown

Location: Haunted home/Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: One of most primal of household childhood fears is the idea that a horrible beast is lurking in the closet. Or under the bed, give or take. But as it turns out, those children may have been on to something...

History: Somewhere in the Californian suburbs, mysterious disappearances are occurring in every home. What few seem to know is that the cause is a monster that goes from one closet to another, hiding and waiting for a chance to strike. And it isn't picky with where it attacks either, as the streets figure out soon enough.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After just about every closet in the vicinity is destroyed, the monster is unable to sustain itself, and collapses dead on the street while carrying a man it seemed to fancy.

Powers/Abilities: Has a secondary head within its mouth.

Weakness: Must return to a closet after a given amount of time, otherwise it will expire.

Scariness Factor: 4-Excluding the absurdity of its weakness, this monster is enough reason to just get a drawer for your clothes. The most disturbing part to us is the perpetually open mouth with those wriggling teeth...ew...

Trivia: -The monster was played by Kevin Peter Hall, who would go on to portray many of the Yautjas in the "Predator" franchise, as well as Harry in "Harry and the Hendersons".

-This film was also known as "The Incredible Closet Monster".
